Malicious prosecution appeal fund launched

Following his successful acquittal at the criminal trial he faced on 7th January, Mark Hirst is now suing the Crown Office for “malicious prosecution”. The fund total of £100,000 is a challenging one. Mark’s legal team are confident of winning this potentially historic case.
